CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 chicken breasts
1/2 c. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. (4 oz.) sour cream
1/2 box Escort crackers

Boil chicken, unseasoned, until very tender. Debone and shred. Make a fine crust with butter and half of the crackers in a baking dish. Place chicken on crust, season with pepper to taste. In blender, blend soup and sour cream, pour over chicken. Crumble remaining crackers over soup and sour cream. Bake at 350 degrees until heated.
