ERNST FAMILY PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 lg. can pineapple
2 cans mandarin oranges
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. nut meats (walnuts or pecans)
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 pinch salt

Thicken the pineapple juice with the flour, eggs, and salt. Cook until thickened. Cool and add to whipped cream drained fruit and other ingredients.
