CHEESY POTATO SOUP 
2 tbsp. butter
1 chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
3 c. water
5 chicken bouillon cubes
2 sliced carrots
6 med. potatoes, diced
3/4 tsp. salt
Garlic powder
Pepper

Saute onion and celery in butter. Add remaining ingredients. Cook until vegetables are tender. Mash with potato masher. Then add 2 cups milk and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
