CORN FLAKE PUDDING 
1 box corn flakes
3 lg. apples, peeled & shredded
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. milk
butter

Mix apples with sugar and cinnamon. Put layer of corn flakes in buttered baking dish. Cover with layer of apples and dot with butter. Repeat 3 times ending with corn flakes. Mix milk and eggs. Pour over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold with whipped cream.
