FRIED RICE 
1 c. uncooked rice
1 pkg. link sausages
Diced celery
1 onion, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. water

Slice sausages and fry. Drain grease, reserving 3 or 4 tablespoons. Fry (brown) the rice in sausage grease; add water, onion, celery, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until rice is tender. Stir in sausage and serve hot.
