SAUSAGE STIR-FRY 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. smoked sausage, sliced
3 1/4 c. vegetables (any kind; cut up)
1/8 tsp. red pepper
16 oz. can black beans (drained)

Brown sausage in skillet. Remove and drain. In same pan cook vegetables until tender. Add sausage, pepper and beans. Cook 1 or 2 minutes until warm.
