PIZZA SUPPER PIE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
3/4 c. chopped onion
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
1 c. canned pizza sauce
6 slices Mozzarella cheese

In large skillet over medium gas flame, brown beef and onion; drain. Combine eggs, milk, Cheddar cheese, oregano and pepper; stir in meat and onion. Turn into pastry shell. Bake in 350 degree gas oven 30 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Spoon pizza sauce over pie and arrange cheese slices on top. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese melts. Makes 6 servings.
