BROCCOLI SALAD 
3 c. raw broccoli
1/3 c. crisp bacon pieces
1/2 c. raisins (boil for 5 minutes), drain well
4 to 6 green onions, sliced thinly
1/3 c. nuts, chopped (optional)

Cut broccoli in small pieces and combine with all the above. Mix well with dressing and refrigerate. Keeps a week in refrigerator.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/8 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. curry
1 tbsp. vinegar

Mix thoroughly and pour over broccoli.
