SUMMER CHICKEN SALAD 
Spinach leaves
1 can (5 oz.) Swanson Premedium chunk white chicken, drained
1 c. cut up mixed fruit
1/4 c. sliced celery
1 tbsp. sliced almonds
1 tbsp. sliced green onion
1 tbsp. nonfat mayonnaise dressing
4 tbsp. orange juice
Orange slices for garnish
Strawberry for garnish

1. On salad plates, arrange spinach leaves, chicken fruit, celery, almonds and green onion.

2. In cup, mix together mayonnaise and orange juice. Drizzle chicken mixture. Garnish with orange slices and strawberries. Makes 2 servings.
