GERMAN PORK CHOPS 
Pork chops (any cut)
Sauerkraut, drain

Grease an oblong baking dish, then layer sauerkraut on bottom, then pork chops, etc. End with sauerkraut on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Enjoy moist and tender pork chops - no matter is their thin or thick, ends or centers.
