24 lg. green tomatoes 4 c. sugar 4 c. vinegar 2 tbsp. salt 2 tbsp. celery seed 4 green peppers 2 red onions 8 lg. white onions 4 tbsp. mustard seed Grind all fresh ingredients before to remove seeds from peppers. Let drain overnight in colander. Then cook all ingredients 20 to 35 minutes. Can in hot jars and seal. |
