3 sqs. bitter chocolate 2 c. sugar 1 can evaporated milk Chocolate cookies 1/2 gal. coffee ice cream Whipped cream Creme de cocoa Pecans, almonds or peanuts Melt chocolate squares in double boiler. Cool. Cover bottom of 9 x 9 inch dish with chocolate cookies, pour melted sauce over cookies, then cover with 1/2 gallon coffee ice cream. Cover with whipped cream flavored with creme de cocoa. Top with nuts. Keep in freezer and remove shortly before using. |
