A-CINE-DI-PEPE 
2/3 c. macaroni
2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. juice
20 oz. can pineapple chunks
2/3 c. mandarin orange juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 jar maraschino cherries
1 lg. container Cool Whip

Cook macaroni until tender (15 to 20 minutes). Drain and set aside. Mix sugar, flour, eggs, pineapple juice and orange juice. Cook until thickens like custard. Mix macaroni and custard together. Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight. Next day add fruit and nuts to the custard mixture and Cool Whip.
