CHOCOLATE CHIP BARS 
2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. white sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. water
2 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts
4 to 4 1/2 c. flour

Cream all above ingredients together until smooth. After ingredients are well mixed, beat in 4 eggs and mix well. Add 2 teaspoons baking soda. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until light golden brown. Bake in a 9x13 inch cake pan. Let cool and cut into bars.
