MOLASSES GINGER SNAPS 
3/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/4 c. molasses
1 egg
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ginger

Mix all ingredients well. Batter will be stiff. Roll into walnut size balls. Dip in granulated sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-15 minutes in preheated oven 350 degrees.
