DANISH MEATBALLS 
1 sm. lemon
1 1/2 lb. ground pork
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. onion salt
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1 c. water

Grate 2 teaspoons lemon peel. In large bowl, mix peel, pork, egg, bread crumbs, onion salt. Shape into balls. Cook until brown on all sides. Pour off all but 2 tablespoons drippings. Into this, stir flour and pepper. Gradually stir in milk and water. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Return balls to skillet. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
