DEVILED EGGS 
1 dozen eggs
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 1/2 tbsp. pimiento, chopped
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
Salad dressing
Paprika
Salt & pepper

Simmer eggs in salted water about 25 minutes; drain, crack, put in cold water, peel, slice in half lengthways. Remove yolks and mash. Add mustard and Miracle Whip to moisten (about 3 large tablespoons). Mix well and add all other ingredients except paprika. Make it moist but not sloppy. Pile in egg whites and top with a dash of paprika. Place uncovered in refrigerator 1/2 to 1 hour then cover.
