DRUNKEN ROAST 
2 to 3 lb. beef roast
1 c. soy sauce
4 tbsp. red wine
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. water

You will need 1 Ziploc bag (gallon size).

Mix soy sauce, red wine, brown sugar and water together in a glass bowl. Place roast in Ziploc bag. Pour mixture over roast. Close bag. Put in refrigerator overnight.

Heat grill. Remove bag from refrigerator. Take roast from bag. Set liquid aside. Place roast on grill. Use liquid to marinate. Cook until done.
