SALMON LOAF | |
1 egg 2 c. salmon flakes (with skin removed) 3/4 c. milk 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 c. coarse cracker crumbs 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. chopped onion 1/8 tsp. salt Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease loaf pan. Blend egg and salmon. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon lightly in pan and shape into loaf. Bake 45 minutes until top is golden brown. Cover with egg sauce if so desired (see recipe). |
