PARMESAN POTATOES 
Peel and quarter potatoes. Cover with water - bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Drain, cool until they can be handled. Dip each potato piece in melted butter and then dip each potato piece in Parmesan cheese seasoned to taste with garlic salt. Arrange in a shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until done.
