CHOCOLATE YUM! YUM! 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine all ingredients and press in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool completely.

2ND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix all ingredients and pour over first layer.

3RD LAYER:

2 pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients until thick and pour over second layer.

4TH LAYER:

Top with Cool Whip and garnish with chopped pecans or chocolate bar shavings. NOTE: Any flavor of pudding may be used.
