CHOCOLATE YUM YUM CAKE 
3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. Crisco oil
3/4 c. cocoa
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

In saucepan, bring to boil water, oil and cocoa. In separate bowl, add eggs, baking soda, buttermilk and vanilla. In another separate bowl, sift sugar and flour together. Then pour egg batter over flour and sugar. Then add remaining ingredients. Batter will be runny. Mix very well. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

ICING:

1/3 c. milk
4 to 5 tsp. cocoa (according to liking)
1/2 c. butter

After 3 ingredients have come to slow boil, remove from heat and add powdered sugar to desired smoothness.
