8 oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 C sifted powdered sugar
1/4 C coca
8 oz container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2 C coarsely chopped nuts
1 prepared chocolate flavored crumb pie crust

Combine first three ingredients in a mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer until soft and creamy. Add whipped topping, folding until smooth. Spread over crumb crust. Sprinkle with nuts. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator.
