COCONUT PIE 
3 lg. eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 can flaked coconut
1 uncooked pie shell (9 inch)

Mix well (all ingredients) and bake in 9 inch uncooked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees until done, about 45 minutes or more. 6 servings.

NOTE: You may use fresh coconut, grated. My grandmother did. I substituted the can coconut.
