FISH CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. Stouffer's frozen spinach souffle
1 1/2 lb. fillet of flounder
1/3 c. sour cream
2/3 c. mayonnaise
Parmesan cheese

Thaw spinach, lay flat in bottom of casserole. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise. Lay fish on top of spinach. Cover fish with sour cream/mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
