2 c. non-dairy coffee creamer
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. instant non fat dry milk
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients and store in an air tight container. Use 2 to 3 teaspoons to a cup of boiling water.
