2 c. non-dairy creamer
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. instant non-fat dry milk powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Marshmallows or whipped cream

Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Store mixture in airtight container. To serve - place 2 tablespoons of mix in a cup - add 1 cup boiling water and stir well. Top with marshmallows or whipped cream if desired.
