MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef or diced chicken
1 med. onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can water
1 sm. can chopped green chiles
Corn tortillas
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese

Brown beef and onion. If you use chicken, cook onion in butter. Heat soups, water, and chiles; add to beef or chicken. Layer tortilla, meat, and cheese 2 times with cheese on top. Bake 20 minutes on 350 degrees in a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
