PINE SCOTCH PUDDING | |
2 eggs 3/4 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained 1 c. nuts Beat eggs until fluffy; add sugar and vanilla. Beat until thick and lemon colored. Fold in drained crushed pineapple and nuts. Then fold in dry ingredients. Put in greased pan and bake at 350 degrees until done. SAUCE: 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 tbsp. flour 1 c. brown sugar 1 egg 1/4 c. pineapple juice 1/4 c. water Boil together 3 minutes and pour over cake before serving. |
