GINGER COOKIES 
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. molasses
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. sugar for dipping

Mix oil and sugar. Add egg and beat well. Stir in molasses and dry ingredients. Roll into small balls and dip into sugar. Do not pat down. Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes.
