TOMATO PUDDING 
1 (15 oz.) can tomato puree
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3 c. hard bread cubes
3/4 c. melted butter

Soak bread in butter. Cook puree and brown sugar 5 minutes. Combine in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 4-6.
