5 lb. ground ham (can use veal or pork with it) 9 to 10 slices bread, soaked with milk 3 to 4 eggs, beaten Pepper to taste Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove and baste with vinegar, mustard and brown sugar. Continue baking until brown. The sauce you make to your own discretion. I cut this in half. |
