HEAVENLY HASH CAKE | |
4 eggs 2 c. sugar 1/2 lb. butter 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour 2 c. pecans 1 tsp. vanilla 2 tbsp. cocoa ICING: 4 tsp. cocoa 1/4 lb. butter 1 box powdered sugar 8 tsp. evaporated milk 1 bag miniature marshmallows Mix above ingredients and bake in an ungreased 9x13 or close to that size pan, at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Icing: Place marshmallows on top of baked layer. Heat in oven until melted. Mix cocoa, butter, powdered sugar and cream and heat to spreading consistency. Spread over marshmallows. Wet knife to spread icing. |
