HEAVENLY HASH CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter, melted
1 1/2 c. self rising flour, sifted
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. vanilla
1 bag miniature marshmallows

TOPPING:

4 tbsp. melted butter (1/2 stick)
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk (sometimes necessary to add more milk)

Beat eggs slightly, stir in sugar then melted butter. Mix in another bowl, flour, cocoa and nuts. Add this to egg mixture with vanilla. Grease and flour 13 x 9 inch pan or glass baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. While still hot, put marshmallows on it and then pour icing over it. Let stand overnight.
