SHRIMP CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. sharp cheese 1 c. cooked rice 1/2 green pepper 1/2 c. mushrooms 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 c. condensed milk or optional mayonnaise 1 stick butter 1/2 c. onions, chopped Dash of Tabasco sauce 2 lb. shrimp, boiled 1/2 c. celery Brown the onions, celery and pepper in butter. Add the rice; mix well. Add soup and 3/4 cup of cheese. Stir until melted. Add shrimp, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and mushrooms. Place in greased baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top, cook 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
