3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
2 c. chopped pecans
4 c. diced apples

Batter will be thick. Bake in tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
