WESSON OIL CUP CAKES

1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Sift together.

1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vinegar
5 tbsp. oil
1 c. warm water

Mix and bake at 350 degrees. (I usually double for 9x13 inch cake.)
