4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can Carnation milk

Bring above to a rolling boil for 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from stove and add: 1/2 lb. butter 3 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Stir in until it starts to thicken, add 2 teaspoons vanilla and 1 cup chopped nuts. Place on greased cookie sheet.
