CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
Leftover cut up chicken (1 cup or so)
1 sm. onion
1/2 c. raw rice
1 can chicken rice soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. water
1 c. diced celery

Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
