BUMSTEADS 
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. sweet pickle
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped (optional)
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper (optional)
2 tbsp. chopped celery
1/3 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise (or to taste)
6 hot dog buns

Mix all ingredients well and fill hot dog buns. Wrap 2 or 3 Bumsteads together in foil, sealing ends well. Bake in 250 degree oven for 30 minutes. A great, warm, easy Sunday meal!
