ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 qt. zucchini, not peeled, diced
1 lb. rehydrated Worthington Gran burger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. diced cheese
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 heaping tbsp. poultry seasoning

Mix well. Bake at 325 degrees until bubbly in the center, about 1 hour. This casserole with a salad makes a fine meal.
