ZUCCHINI CAKE 
3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated zucchini
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. oil
4 eggs

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour Bundt pan. In large bowl, blend all ingredients. Beat until well combined. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-65 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely.

LEMON GLAZE FROSTING:

1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together until smooth.
