WATERGATE CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
3/4 c. oil
3 eggs
1 c. 7-Up or Club Soda
1 pkg. (3 oz.) pistachio instant pudding
1 c. chopped pecans (opt.)
1/2 c. coconut (opt.)

Combine ingredients in order given and mix well. Pour in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

COVER UP FROSTING:

2 (3 oz.) env. Dream Whip, dry
1 1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
1/2 c. coconut (opt.)

Combine first 3 ingredients and beat until thick. Spread on cake. Sprinkle with coconut and pecans. Refrigerate.
