DOUBLE PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 sm. pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix
3 eggs
1 c. club soda
1/2 c. cooking oil
3/4 c. pecans, chopped

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Blend at medium speed about 2 minutes. Pour into three greased and floured 9 inch cake pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool.

FROSTING:

3 c. cold milk
2 envelopes Dream Whip
2 sm. pkgs. pistachio instant pudding mix

Mix frosting in bowl; beat slowly until stiff enough to frost. Frost and refrigerate cake.
