WALDORF SALAD 
6 med. apples
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 c. pecans

Core and scoop out the center of four apples. Core and chop the remaining apples. Mix chopped apples, celery, mayonnaise and pecans. Fill the center of the cored apples with mixture. Yield: 4 servings.
