DADDY'S ARMY EGGS 
8 eggs
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped small onion
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 chopped fresh tomato
Handful of chopped up ham
4 slices American cheese

Put eggs in bowl and beat, add a little milk and stir again. Pour into big greased skillet with lid. Let cook until it starts to set. Stir in all vegetables and ham. Keep stirring like making scrambled eggs until it sets up good.

Flatten out and spread around pan evenly. Turn heat way down. Lay cheese on top of eggs. Cover pan for about 5 minutes letting cheese melt into eggs. Serve with toast.
