MEXICAN PILE - ON 
2 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 sm. onions, chopped
Dash garlic salt
2 1/2 c. cooked rice
3 sm. cans tomato sauce
3 sm. cans tomato paste
3 cans water
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
2 1/2 tsp. oregano
2 1/2 tsp. cumin
Fritos
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Olives
Cheese
Avocado dip
Sour cream

Brown together first 3 ingredients; set aside. Cook rice. Set aside. Mix together remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.

Then on individual plates layer Fritos, rice, meat mixture, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, cheese, avocado dip and sour cream. Enjoy!
