PINEAPPLE CHEESE PIE | |
16 oz. cream cheese 3 eggs 3/4 c. sugar plus 3 tbsp. 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, divided 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained 1 c. sour cream Prepare graham cracker crust. Beat cheese, eggs, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla until fluffy. Stir into pie shell. Bake 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Mix together sour cream, 3 tablespoons sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread over pie and return to 375 degree oven for 5 minutes. Cool and serve. |
