DIABETIC CRANBERRY BREAD | |
2 c. whole wheat flour 1/2 c. wheat germ 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 c. brown sugar substitute 1 grated orange 1/2 c. orange juice 1/2 c. oil 1/4 c. warm water 2 c. cranberries, chopped In a large bowl, mix flour, wheat germ, baking powder, baking soda, and brown sugar substitute. Set this aside. In a separate bowl beat orange, orange juice, oil and water. Stir in dry ingredients. Add cranberries and mix well. Pour batter into a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. |
