CURRIED CHICKEN 
4-5 whole chicken breasts, boneless
2-3 pkgs. broccoli spears (frozen)

Cook chicken breasts in salted water until tender. Cook broccoli according to directions on package (do not overcook).

SAUCE:

1 can cream of chicken soup
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. evaporated milk with enough water to make 1/2 cup
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice

Combine these ingredients together. Slivered almonds to sprinkle on top and Ritz cracker crumbs.

Place broccoli spears in bottom of greased baking dish (approximately 8"x13"). Cut chicken in strips and place on top of broccoli. Pour sauce over, cover with Ritz cracker crumbs and slivered almonds if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
